SERVICE TERMS

1. Bookings and Payments:
   •    All appointments must be booked in advance with a 50% Deposit. 
   •    Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. 
   •    We accept cash, bank transfer, and other agreed payment methods.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
   •    Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
   •    Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) Deposit will be lost.

3. Vehicle Condition:
   •    Prices are based on vehicles in average condition.
   •    Heavily soiled vehicles (e.g., excessive pet hair, mud, stains) may incur an additional charge.
   •    We reserve the right to refuse service if the vehicle condition is beyond what we can safely or reasonably handle.

4. Liability:
   •    We take great care when working on your vehicle.
   •    Paris’s Mobile Valeting is not responsible for any pre-existing damage, electrical faults, or defects that become apparent during                cleaning.
   •    Valeting services are performed at the customer’s risk unless otherwise stated.

5. Weather Policy:
   •    In cases of severe weather (e.g., heavy rain, snow, storms), appointments may be rescheduled for safety reasons.

6. Access Requirements:
   •    Customers must provide a safe, legal parking space and access to water and electricity if required.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee:
   •    If you are not fully satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to resolve any                  issues.
